YES! You get both individual one on one sessions as well as the limbic course of over 20+ hours of limbic education and trainings.

Your limbic practices can be tailored to you and your needs. We can focus on personal triggers in your life so that the body can get out of fight and flight. These personal limbic tips are for all of the hours outside of your limbic practices.

At least 6 months minimum of daily practice. Most cases take 6 months to 3 years for full benefits.
