COURTNEY JACOBS
Courtney Jacobs, NTP is the Founder of Final Key Wellness and a Functional Nutritionist who specializes in Chronic Illness Recovery and Neural Rewiring. She has 18 years in the health field Courtney created the Final Key Method™, a root-cause healing approach designed to help clients finally get better when nothing else has worked.
Courtney is known for helping people overcome complex, hard-to-resolve health challenges. She has deep expertise in cases involving autoimmune issues, complex gastrointestinal conditions, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, brain fog, arthritis, diabetes, joint pain, allergies, POTS and dysautonomia, MCAS, CIRS and mold illness, food intolerances, Cancer, SIBO, SIFO, parasites as well as histamine, oxalate, lectin, and salicylate sensitivities. Her work extends to disordered eating, weight loss resistance, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum challenges. In many cases, she addresses limbic system impairment, which can present as light and sound sensitivity, supplement and chemical reactivity, and trauma-linked chronic symptoms—often the missing piece in a person’s recovery journey.
Courtney is known for helping clients get unstuck and feel like themselves again so they can live with energy, confidence, and joy again.
Courtney’s passion for this work stems from her own journey where she healed using diet, lifestyle and neural retraining. She has recovered from severe gastrointestinal issues, SIBO, parasites, brain fog, joint pain, severe food intolerances, CIRS/ mold illness, histamine & oxalate issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, disordered eating, addictions and limbic system issues.

LINDA MATTHEWS
Linda Matthews is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with extensive experience supporting complex chronic illness and hard-to-solve health cases. She specializes in helping clients reclaim their health for clients who had been stuck for years. With a personal history that includes a 90-pound weight loss, remission from cancer, and no longer experiences chronic health conditions.
Through her advanced functional nutrition training and direct mentorship under Courtney Jacobs, Linda has supported clients on their path to remission from conditions that other practitioners were unable to resolve. Her clinical background includes supporting thyroid disorders, Hashimoto’s/Graves, autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, blood sugar issues, arthritis, PCOS, hormone imbalances, peri/menopause symptoms, cardiovascular concerns, severe gastrointestinal issues, SIBO/SIFO, colitis, Crohn’s, MCAS, liver stress, histamine intolerance, food intolerances, joint pain, sleep issues, eating disorders, chronic fatigue, and more.
Linda is exceptional at pinpointing the root issues affecting a client’s symptoms and offering targeted support that actually moves the needle, rather than short-term, one-size-fits-all fixes. Her greatest gift is helping clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food so their results last and they learn to trust themselves again.

Megan Cashdollar is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a graduate of the Final Key Wellness Program, giving her a deep, lived understanding of the Final Key approach and values. She brings a positive, steady presence to her work and a genuine commitment to supporting meaningful, lasting change.
Megan is known for her strong follow-through, attention to detail, and heartfelt care for the people she works with. Having personally experienced the Final Key process, she understands what it takes to move through challenges with consistency, compassion, and trust in the body’s ability to heal.
At Final Key Wellness, Megan supports clients with encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance, helping them feel supported as they take steps toward better health. Her ability to connect, listen, and show up consistently makes her a valued part of the team and a trusted source of support for clients.
NANCY POTTER
Nancy Potter is a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified AIP Coach with a strong foundation in functional root cause healing, autoimmune care, and gut health. She brings decades of experience in education and client support, blending science-based nutrition with practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies.
Nancy specializes in working with individuals navigating chronic and autoimmune conditions. Her approach is holistic and root-cause focused, supporting clients through personalized nutrition protocols, behavior change, and education that empowers long-term healing — not quick fixes.
Before joining Final Key Wellness, Nancy served as a Lead Instructor with the Pima Council on Aging, delivering evidence-based self-management programs for chronic disease and supporting diverse older adult populations. She has also worked extensively providing one-on-one nutrition guidance, group education, and community outreach.
Her background in operations, management, and large-scale coordination — including experience in organic farming, construction management, and film and television production — gives her a unique ability to connect with clients, manage complex systems, and create calm, structured support environments.
